untitled for now ;)
I would like a rice cake, the jumbo shrimp and sushi platter....oh, and a Diet Dr. Pepper." She said, after she had composed herself.
"Right away, please drive to the next station." He answered, his smile never wavering. Not bothering to close the window, Audry could already taste the delicious seaweed sheets they threw in with the combo meals. She reached out of the car to grab the grease stained bag with her late night dinner in it.
"It feels pretty light," she thought to herself.
She looked inside the bag and found they had forgotten her Diet Dr. Pepper. "Hello?!" She called, annoyed. Audry leaned out of her car and called again. "Hey! You forgot something!" Suddenly the woman who had handed Audry her food appeared at the window. She gave Audry a cold glare. "Ya, you guys forgot my drink-" The woman cut her off by slamming the window shut.
"Hey!" Audry called angrily, she leaned out farther and pounded on the window, shouting for the woman.
Finally, when an impatient driver behind her had honked her horn at least a dozen times, Audry sat back in the seat, buckled her seat belt, and drove out of the drive through line. The woman that had been behind Audry glared as she passed by her car. Audry gave her an apologitic smile.
"They forgot my ddrink." Audry called as she exited the parking lot. The woman rolled her eyes.

"Penelope!" She called once she had reached the crumbling building. In the dark, the structure of twisted metal and crushed wooden planks looked very unwelcoming indeed, but Katrina was used to the sight, it was her home.
She heard a shuffling noise, and a shadowy shape wavered in front of her eyes. Katrina smiled. "So, you decided to join the party after all?"She watched as the misty substance became thicker, into a more human figure. "Thank you, Penelope." Penelope nodded her head, and in a smoky, childish voice asked, "Where are the rest of the guests? Surely they haven't reconsidered?"
“Oh, I’m sure they’ll turn up sooner or later.” Katrina smiled at Penelope, though she had no eyes to see it. Then suddenly, as if Katrina had summoned them in some way, there was a bright explosion of orange, and there stood Noria, Angeline, and Tom.
“Ow! Who is that?!” Penelope, screeched, now fully materialized. Tom had put his boulder of a foot right on Penelope’s tender toes.
“Who do you think it is?” Tom asked, removing his foot, which could hurt very much, considering he was made entirely of rock. He could make mountains topple to the ground with one jump, and when he ran, you could hear his limestone heart beating against his granite ribs.
Penelope brought her foot up to her shrouded face and sniffed. “There’s blood!” She screamed. Penelope, having no eyes, used her amazingly accurate nose, and her elephant ears which she had conjured for herself.
“Not a lot.” Tom said defiantly. He stamped his foot, which brought a shower of dust and empty bird nests from the roof of Katrina’s meek home they were taking refuge under. It had started to rain, and Noria disliked getting her feet wet. For you see, Noria was a fairy, and a very small one at that, about the size of a baseball. The pixie dust that surrounded her proved to become, when in contact with water, a very messy gunk. Which then came the charade of removing it with a little scraper Noria always had, and a hairdryer.
Katrina stepped between the two. “Stop! Your fine Penelope, and Tom, no need to make such a commotion.” Angeline stepped forward, enveloped in brightness. It was a gift from her mother, Apollo, the light that is. It followed her everywhere, taking peace with it. Which was not the best thing for Angeline, who was a very evil little girl. Whenever she did wrong, before her eyes, it would be undone, and Angeline hated it.
Angeline laughed, a loud cackle which made her heavy black curls dance a top her head. Noria settled on her shoulder, the soft green glow of the pixie dust complementing her blue eyes and pale skin. Penelope smiled, showing her black teeth, and the dangerous glint at the back of her eye sockets faded. Though she had no eyeballs, the sockets stayed, two empty holes on her otherwise pretty face. "Katrina." She whispered. "You're such a dear." Angeline took a step closer to Penelope and put her arm around her shoulder. Noria climbed nimbly onto Penelope's head, her favorite spot.
"Get off you little nymph!" Penelope growled.
"I'm not a nymph!" Noria cried in her squeaky voice. She flew to Norias face and pinched her cheek.
"Ow!" Penelope cried, swatting at Noria. Her hand made contact, and Noria sailed through the air, Katrina caught her.
Angeline turned to Penelope, her high cheekbones flushed. "You witch!" She screeched. The red glow returned to Penelope's face. Tom, who had positioned himself out of Penelope's reach, reached for Angeline's arm, but she twisted from his grasp.
"Angeline!" Noria cried. "Stop!" Angeline's fierce expression faded, and she fell to the ground. Penelope rushed to her.
"Angeline? Angeline! oh! I'm so sorry, please get up!"

"What?!"she asked anxiously.
"Um... I just wondered if you dropped this." I held up a thin silk shawl. She stared at me blankly, then smiled nervously.
"Yes! I guess that is mine!"She slowly took the slip of fabric from my hand. Then she shifted her gaze again to the baggage carrier. A small, brown paper parcel was just passing. She gave a small gasp, and ran after it, her skirt billowing behind her. It was just about to disappear into the little door at the end of the carrier, when I grabbed it. She stopped short, and looked at me with anticipation and terror in her eyes as I inspected the package, as it was very valuable, and I would break it. I smiled and offered to to her. She considered me, then reached for it. Once it was safely in her arms, she smiled and slipped something into my hand. She hurried away, while I was rooted to the spot, with a puzzled expression plastered onto my face.
I looked down at was in my hand. My breath caught in my throat, and my eyes opened wide. Without a second glance, I forced it into my already stuffed pocket, hoping nobody had seen. Unfortunately, someone had, a dark skinned man advanced towards me. I ran through the hordes of people to the elevators. Forgetting about my baggage, I ran in and pushed the button that lead to the parking lot.
The doors opened, and there was the man, with a grim expression on his face. I tried to run, but he caught me, dragging me, kicking and screaming, to a dark maroon vehicle. I resisted, but he was stronger, and sat me into one of the leather bound seats. He tried to reach into my pocket, but I bit his hand. He gritted his teeth, and glared at me. Suddenly he pushed me out of the car, jumped into the driver seat, and drove off. I stared after him with my moth hanging open.

Dolphins #1
My raincoat was speckled woth ocean spray, and my hair would be smelling like salt for atleast a week. I fingered the strap of my binoculars, and shifted my weight to my right foot. I felt the metal of my brooch, clasped at my throat, making my skin crawl with the cold touch. Sighing, I plunged my wrist farther into its pocket, and finding nothing, the worry lines edged into my forehead deepened.

Pizza Hut Nightmare
"About time." He snorted. With a wave he ushered me into his house, I had no choice but to follow him. In a gravelly voice, he told me to wait by a pale green lounge chair. I sat down, then jumped up again, realizing some kind of liquid was splashed over the chair. I leaned in closer, just as the man sauntered into the room, with some stained bills in his hands. "Hey!? What are you lookin' for over there?" He asked suspiciously.
"N-nothing" I stuttered, and put my hands in my back pockets, that was a bad idea. Obviously he thought i had found something, and was hiding it. He dropped the money, and the flimsy paper sailed to the ground. He lunged and held my arm with an iron grip, putting his face close to mine.
"Whatever you got in there, you'd better give it to me." I cringed at his rancid breath. He ripped my hands out of my pockets, and shoved his own fist in. He pulled out my cell phone, and a quarter. He looked surprised, then glared at me.
"I'm a reckonin' you won't tell any of your friends about this little incident, am I right?" I nodded weakly, and he grinned, which looked strange on such an ugly mans face. He finally let me go, and I rubbed my arms to get the blood flowing again.
"Well, there's your money boy." he said, pointing to the scattered bills. I picked them up slowly, keeping my eyes on the man. He shook my hand once i had stood up again and directed me to the door.
"I'll see you soon, boy." He said as he waved me off. Ya, like that would happen. I was never going to come to this part of the neighborhood again. As I sat down in my dirty car, I noticed a shadow on the back seat. Suddenly a man jumped out from behind my chair and hit me in the head with something hard.
"Where am I?" I groaned. Figures were swimming in front of my disoriented eyes.
"Hey he's waking up!" A man exclaimed. I recognized the voice. It was the pear man. Slowly I tried to sit up. I was swiftly pushed back down and it felt like a man was sitting on my chest. He had a really big butt.
"Get off!" I screamed weakly.
"I don't think so." the pear man smiled his strange smile at me again.
"Move over Perry!" Said another man. Dad?
"Dad help!" I cried. Slowly he appeared out of the dark.
"Sorry son, no can do." He smiled as I looked up at him with pleading eyes.
"Dad?" I whispered. Perry (of all names!) shifted. I gasped at the sudden weight on my neck.
"I told you to get off!" Dad pushed Perry off of me. I sighed. i realized my hands were tied to a post behind me. Dad smiled at me, then he signaled to Perry. Flashing a hideous smile, he joined Dad by the door.
"Bye bye sonny." He whispered sinisterly. Then he and Dad walked out and slammed the door behind them.
"Wait!" I screamed. Pounding my feet on the ground, I screamed until my throat was raw, and my hands were bloody from being rubbed against the rope. I cried silently with my head bowed. Suddenly I heard scuffling behind me. I stiffened, and my sob caught in my throat. The rustling slowly died away. "What are they going to do to me?' I wondered, as panic gripped my heart. "Just leave me here to die?!" I wondered, by now I was sobbing and crying hysterically. I heard footsteps outside, heavy, determined footsteps. "They'll never let me go!" I pounded on the ground with salty tears streaming down my face. They stopped outside the door. "Ahhhh!" I screamed. The door opened. A figure stood in the doorway, blocking any light from coming into my prison. It smiled, and flashed a knife in front of my face, and then it was all over
The Dream
Scrape. Scrape. The snake’s immense body slithered towards me. I know it’s a dream. I try to scream, but of course, you can’t in dreams. Its body has a lumpy bulge in its stomach from its last snack; I think it was a cat.
“How did it get into my house?” I ask myself frantically, it comes closer. “Dina left the door open.” A familiar song comes to my mind.
Bonnie’s in the kitchen with Dina, Bonnie’s in the kitchen I knowowowow. Bonnie's in the kitchen with diNA!!!!!!!!! Strumming on the old banjo.
Bonnie was the snake I just knew it. “And I’m Dina.” I said out loud. The snake flashed its golden eyes in my direction. “Bonnie.” I whispered. Its tongue darted out. “Come on Bonnie.” I cooed. It started to come towards me again. “No!” I rasped, my throat was as cold as steel. It stopped abruptly and stared at me, his tongue tickling the floor. The skin on his back quivered under his green and yellow scales. They glistened under the faint kitchen light like jewels. “Bonnie.” I tried again. The snake impatiently thumped the end of his body on the linoleum. “Go!” I cried. It gazed at me coldly which seems impossible with its fiery eyes. Then to my surprise it slinked towards the door. With ease it pushed open the door and went away, into the dark. I edged myself along the wall, afraid he will come back. As I can reach the handle, a man springs in through the door. I scream with fright and cower in a corner as he towers above me. He is clothed in a strange, almost Arabic garb. His eyes glare at me with such intensity that I am paralyzed with fear. He grabs my shoulders and shakes me.
“What are you doing here?” He demands of me. I whimper and my knees turn to jelly. He roughly shakes me again. “Why? Because of you, now we’ve lost her!” He shouts. The snake? I wonder to myself. He sees my confusion. His face twists with rage. “Come on! Are you mute as well?!” With a sigh of frustration, he throws me over his shoulder with his rough, calloused hands. I’m too frightened to scream. He runs out of the house and into the night. All at once all, my vision is lost, I feel as if I’m floating, in jerky movements, for the man is still holding onto me. I hope he can see in the darkness. He made no sound as he ran through the forest, well, that happens a lot in dreams. Suddenly I hear a crash. The man drops me, and I am rolling down a bumpy hill. At that moment, my mind chooses to jerk me awake. I am drenched in sweat. The sheets are sticking to my legs as I try to entangle myself from them. I can feel the soreness in my shoulders from the man shaking me, and my body feels bruised, although there is nothing there. But suddenly as I fumble with the light switch, I feel something stuck in my hair When the light is on, I extract it from my scalp. It’s a sandy scrap of crimson colored fabric. “Oh my gosh.” I whisper. Then suddenly I feel tired, so, so tired. I lay back down, and there he is again, only this time I am awake.

roller skates
When we got there my mother put a bandage on my knee and I limped to the television. I got the remote and turned it on. “No, no, no.” She turned the TV off and told me to go upstairs and put an ice pack on my knee. I sighed, then stood up heavily and went to the kitchen to get the icepack out of the freezer. I dug in the icy chamber, until I found the M&M ice pack. I took the frozen container and started to limp to the staircase. When I got upstairs I took the ice pack and went to my room. Then I took out one of my favorite fairy tale books “ The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe and started to read. It was an exciting tale of a girl named Lucy, who during a game of hide and seek, ventures into her uncles wardrobe, thus entering the land of Narnia. There she and her brothers and sister, Edmund, Peter, and Susan, defeat the evil ice queen, who had put a spell over Narnia, to be winter, forever. Then they become the queens and kings of Narnia, and live there until they’re adults, but then they all find the wardrobe again and enter our world, and what had been a few ten years, only turns out to be a few minutes! And they find out that the wardrobe doesn’t work as a passage to Narnia anymore, and that they will have to find another object. I read until my mother called me down for dinner, so I went downstairs. My mom had made spinach. Blik! I hate spinach, but my mom said it would make my cut better so I could skate tomorrow, (which in parent language means, if you don’t eat, you can’t skate tomorrow). After I had prolonged dinner as much as I dared, Mom threw her arms up and yelled “stop pushing your food around and just eat it!” That got me moving. I shoveled spinach into my mouth until I had cleaned my plate. Mom smiled in satisfaction as she looked it over. I took it into the kitchen to put it into the dishwasher. “I hope you didn’t feed that spinach to Dorothy.” My mom called into the kitchen as Dorothy, our old Golden Retriever walked into the Kitchen. I smiled at my mom’s comment, and pretended to let Dorothy lick a spoonful of spinach. My mom put on a fake scowl, and said, with laughter in her voice, “Don’t you dare, young man!” We both exploded into laughter, and Dorothy, frightened by the sudden outbursts, ran under the table to hide.
Rosey Poem
I see many things you don't
bugs crawl on my thorny limbs
Butterflies land on my crimson petals
but you miss everything my friend,
You will never see the worms that crawl,
the insects marching along.
the people stop and admire me,
while they don't even notice you.
The wind gently blows here, low to the ground,
while it rages wildly up in the sky.
